Oh this was so not a lesson I wanted to learn, but I did. Don’t have a boyfriend/girlfriend officer duo on your officer team, because if one of them is getting burnt out on wow, the other one soon will be as well. And then you don’t have just one officer to replace… you have two!

Ouch!
I know a little of what you mean, in that our guild has a wonderful couple who helps our bank management, and such. When they go on extended vacatinos, it’s a loss of two. Good lesson to know though, and not one I’d immediately think of in the larger scope.
